Hubby wants me to do more research because it's hard to go against 'doc's orders' when he's lost so much weight... But, it makes sense to me as it has so many healthful benefits it would not make sense that it was feeding the candida. Esmeralda > Regular vinegar is not good because it can feed candida, but organic apple > cider vinegar actually kills it. I know this from personal experience from > suffering from candida overgrowth since the age of 10. I get it worst on my > scalp and an ACV rinse has worked wonders.
