Guest guest
I got headaches when I added and upped my T3 so I had to go back down and hold off for now. I think it means your adrenals need to be supported first (more cortisol). You don't need the aldosterone testing immediately, you just need to support your adrenals with cortisol and track your temperature averages day to day. Cheri migraines Hi all, Does anyone get bad migraines when they increase or decrease their thyroid dose? I,ve been taking armour thyroid for about 8 years, and the smallist increase (1/8th g) will result in a 3 day migraine. I've had my labs back on my adrenals, and although they are bit low their not that bad. Also, I am very sensitive to light, and wear my sunglasses even in the winter, and I know my pupils dilate when light is shone in them, as my optician said he wished everyone had eyes like mine! I live in the UK and I can't find a lab to do aldosterone testing, so I just wondered if anyone had any ideas! I do have normal/high blood pressure. jenny .
