Off topic: antidepressants and eating disorder

Just out of curiosity:

1-wonder if a low dosage of antidepressants affects

the baby when developing if taken by the mom during

pregnancy? And if the child would somehow " need " it

after birth? (of course doctors say no)

2-AND- if the mother was anorexic and had an eating

disorder a couple of years before getting pregnant

(therefore messing up her deficiencies in

vitamins/efas/zinc etc..) if that would effect the

baby's nutritional deficiencies?

Just a thought???
