I would tel your doctore that the %MG is not enough, as I am sure it isn't. You

cntake it with your Armoru or first thing and take Armrou in an hour. Are you

splitting your Armrou dose? That does help a bit make less of a hiton the

adrenals at once. Most people seem to need at least 20MG HC to heal adrenals.
