Guest guest
Sorry for posting OT here, but I'm having trouble finding the info I want by googling. I bought some Carbalose flour and can't find any recipes for it. I was hoping to be able to make low carb bread with it, but most of what I find are dessert recipes. In addition, does anyone here have any good resources for low carb recipes for those with multiple food allergies? I've been searching a lot today, but an amazing number of low carb recipes call for soy flour, soy grits, dairy, and eggs. I need to avoid soy and anything with iodine, and all seafood/fish etc, and need to limit eggs, and my husband needs to avoid tomatoes, potatoes, and all dairy and beef, and we both need to avoid guar gum and xanthan gum as much as possible. Ideally, I'd like to find some recipes I could make that we both could eat, so I don't have to cook two separate dishes all the time. I have a few I've invented over the past 15-20 years, but they are mostly high carb. thanks, sol
