sorry, computer...

that's why I did my last order (last month) since there was a difference of

over $200 between here in Michigan and Canada.

just a thought....(I'd never go without it!)

Carol,

did you join the www.rbfbb.com goup, if not why don't you do that. There are a

few people from the UK on that get treatment with other antibiotics that helps

them.

Hi Everyone

I'm in the Uk and have been on Minocin for many years now. About2-3 years ago I

couldn't get the Mino because of a manufacturing problem, so tried other

minocycline like sebomin. None worked. The Minocin came back a year last

december. While I was off it I deteriorated badly and was only on anti-inflamm.

It is now unavailable again, and I'm very worried that I'm going to deteriorate

again like last time. I'm getting strong pressure to try other disease modifyers

and Anti TNF. I'm reluctant, especially with a swine flu epidemic looming.

Two ?, is Anti TNF a immunosuppresant and has anyone tried it and had bad side

effects, none, good response???

Many thanks in advance

Carol (UK)

Carol,

Generic minocycline is certainly available in the UK. The brand name

used in the UK is Minomycin, but I don't know if the Minomycin and

Minocin are manufactured using the same process. I suggest that you

speak to your pharmacist and show him the photo at the top of my web

page www.tmgp.com/minocin.htm. Brand name Minocin is characterized by

pellets inside the capsules instead of powder. You may also try other

generic minocyclines, keeping track of their manufacturer.

Sincerely, Harald
