Very (or extremely?) effective use of kelp for disease resistance in animals and humans

Hi Roman,

Thanks for this intersesting post. I think I may have read it before on the

CS list, but it was a while ago. I feed kelp regularly to my dogs, as do

many who feed raw homemade diets to their dogs. I've never really decided on

a brand I feel good about and was interested in the Thorvin kelp mentioned

in the post. I checked out the Thorvin web site and was happy to see that

it's certified organic. But one thing I don't understand. On the nutrient

breakdown they list 496 ppm aluminum in the Laminaria digitata kelp. Does

that seem like a lot of aluminum? Or is that an amount that would be

naturally occuring in ocean plants?

I don't know but would guess that it's the naturally occurring concentration.
