Guest guest
Janet- > What a joke folks - we don't know what to make of it. Either >DATCP didn't really have a case file on us, or they refuse to >send the actual documents requested by Judge s. What do >you think? Opinions? Comments? It could be either. I don't know what procedures in Wisconsin are, but you may be able to file a motion concerning the likelihood that all documents weren't turned over to you, and if the process goes ahead anyway and DATCP utilizes some document that you didn't get a copy of you could object then. This kind of sloppiness and hardball is unfortunately very common. If your lawyer is good, he'll know exactly what to do. -
Guest guest
, Our lawyer has written to Judge s concerning the so called files he received. I have a copy of it posted on our web site for viewing. He was very adament about not finding anything worthwhile in this stack of papers. I really am beginning to think they don't really have " a file " on us, and only sent that stack of papers because they were ordered to do so by Judge s. Hugs, Janet Janet- It could be either.
