It could be either. I don't know what procedures in Wisconsin are, but you

may be able to file a motion concerning the likelihood that all documents

weren't turned over to you, and if the process goes ahead anyway and DATCP

utilizes some document that you didn't get a copy of you could object then.

This kind of sloppiness and hardball is unfortunately very common. If your

lawyer is good, he'll know exactly what to do.

Our lawyer has written to Judge s concerning the so called files he

received. I have a copy of it posted on our web site for viewing. He was very

adament about not finding anything worthwhile in this stack of papers. I really

am beginning to think they don't really have " a file " on us, and only sent that

stack of papers because they were ordered to do so by Judge s.
