What do your thyrid labs look like on this dose of Armoru? If the T3 is

over range you should reduce Armoru before startiung HC. If it is not

over then you just need to start it slowly and monitor your temps. I buy

my sea salt online from:

It is unadulters and unrefined which means it will have a trace amount

of iodine in it. Not as much as regualr table salt. I have not found i

to cause any problems wit hashi's adn I also could not eat shellfish or

iodized salts but the Celtic is wonderful.
