We have never had anyone complain of any injury or sickness what so ever.

We still have each and every one of our cow share owners actively getting milk,

so I doubt very much that any problems would be coming from any of them. Of

course, I wouldn't doubt very much if the DATCP would try to claim such a thing

as they did with Clearview Acres (our mentors). So far as yet our lawyer has

not been able to make head nor tales of the documents (our files) that he

received.

Dear Janet and Wayne,

Regarding your attorney's letter: Your questions that

have arisen about whether DATCP has a bona fide case

against your farm are indeed worthy ones, however they

all appear to be in the attorney's hands now. I for

one would like to know: Is there an injured party with

a verified complaint behind all of this?

I commend you for questioning the legitimacy of this.
