Treating with phosphatidylserine

Hello Val, in posting my labs last week you replied I might be able to treat

with just PS. I have been searching for a detailed schedule for that, but no

sucessso far. Is there aplace to look - I seem to remember reading a lot about

it, but guess I didn't give it much thought at that time. Thank's for any help.

I believe it is better to avoid any activity that you KNOW will cause

you stress.
