Levoxyl is ineffective for most

What exactly are lab values and ranges? If your FT3 was below 300

and TSH >1, you could use more medication.

From low thyroid

If you " file this away " you must accept your current state of health

the way it is. I would want to treat the problem. You're one step

ahead of many here because you've actually got a doctor who will

prescribe HC!

Cortisone was 87 (ref: 92-366 ug/24hrs urine)

Cortisol was 16.2 (ref: 3.1 - 22.4 ug/dL blood)

TSH is 2.3 (ref: 0.350 - 5.500)

FT3 is 3.4 (ref: 2.3 - 4.2)

I feel too jittery when TSH is lower or FT3 is higher.

Or maybe low testosterone? Mine is 192 (ref: 241 - 827)

That's what I've been told.. but my cortisol is always normal and cortisone is

low.

I'm unsure if HC is a good thing. I picked it up from walgreens and the

precautions are very scary.

Yiou can clear it up with a simple sal;iva test you can order yourself

from www.canaryclub.org ther eare 7 stages of adrneal fatigue. The early

ones cortils is high the later ones it is low. DHEA can be high in

several of these. BTW for the record people do nto become addicted to

hydrocortisone, we are born addicted to it as it is a hormone that is

necessary for life and when you do nto have enough of it, your body will

certainly tell you in very definite terms. The HC we take is taken to

replace what our bodies cannot make, this is nto an addiction, btu

replacing a hormone we are low in and cannot live without.
