>>My first question is should I lower my Armour to prevent a thyroid dump or

is it too late to change that? I have been taking about 2 grains for a

couple of years and have not done any adrenal support other than Vit C,

B-Complex, Sea Salt and Licorice. I also have been taking Iron (170mg) for

a week.>>

I do not think it is necessary that is why you should rampo the dose up slowly.

It wil help the thyroid to slowly enter the cells rather than all at once.

>>Second question: My cortisol levels were normal for the am, do I still

start the isocort with one dose in the morning?<<

Yes as soon as you take any cortiosl replacement it changes the ACTH and your AM

levels are satill too low so you need more in the mornings anyway.

>>I've been taking my temps and they vary about .5 with 97.9 being average.

My Basal temps has been fairly consistent at 98.0-98.2.<<

You need to read Dr Rind's site wher it explains how to graph temps for

stabiity. Here ai posted directions to do it here:

Choose a time when you are always up at least 3 hours to start for the

day. Say you normally get up at 7 on weekdays and 8am on weekends, you

would start your temp graphing temps at 11AM every day. take them 11 am

2PM and 5PM every day. Each day add the three temps together and that is

the temp you put on your graph, which you can down load a blank for your

use from www.drrind.com .
