Should I test my Aldosterone before I start adrenal meds?

Hi everyone!

I am a newbie with a bunch of questions!

I started Armour two weeks ago and could not tolerate it (temporal

headaches). Which now I realize that I need to get my adrenals

squared away. So now I am on nothing except for:

Multivitamin

Magnesium

Drinking 1/4 sea salt @ morning and night

1/2 tab Iodoral

Probiotic

I just ordered the Canary Club testing, but I was wondering if I

have to get an aldosterone blood test before I start to treat my

adrenals? Or can I wait to test it until after I start treating the

adrenals?
