We use Willows Run, ingredients are as follows: Liquid soybean oil,

partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, contains less than

of the following soybean flour, soy lecithin, beta carotene, vitamin

Xanthan Gum, I have been seeing people state they can't use this

because they are corn free, I have NOW Xanthan Gum brand and it

states

on the container, contains no sugar, salt starch, yeast, wheat, corn

soy or milk.
