Guest guest
Yes, I blend it to smithereens! I chop off pieces of the frozen liver with a knife and a wooden mallet(hit the knife with the mallet) and just blend it frozen. Grating was alot more of a pain and I couldn't grate enough. Becky > Becky, > Did you freeze the liver in chunks or did you " grate " it first? By the way......speaking of grating liver. I tried this and it was nearly impossible. So I just plopped it in the blender and blended it to smithereens...is this ok I wonder? > > Sonja > > >

Does the magnetic field around the blender's motor mess up the foods electrical energy? Dennis

Guest guest
--- In @y..., " dkemnitz2000 " <dkemnitz2000@y...> I have to say the liver tonic recipe sounds ok BUT the RAF thread and food safety classes I've paid for including parasitology has me too concerned to eat meats raw or with spices daily. For some reason the raw milk, butter and vegetables don't bother me. I can't fathom beneficial parasites . I know I could eat RAF from my own herd if I was butchering however at this point I see no benefit to eat RAF. It seems to me there were plenty of healthy natives eating cooked or preserved animal food. Best regards, Dennis
