ZRT Saliva Adrenal Function Test

I just received the testing kit today and I'm confused. Now what?

1. Is the menstrual stuff relevant? Do I have to wait until I have my

period to do this?

I've never been on hormones or birth control. I don't keep track of

dates and since I just got on Armour recently, I skipped a period or

was late.. then I got it and it was typical. It hasn't been long

enough to even know if I am " irregular " . I've always been on the

regular side though. Soo do I just put " Regular " ?

2. Sample Collection Date and Time

Umm if it takes me from 1pm to 2pm to collect a full sample, what time

do I put that as? 2pm? lol

3. Saliva Panels. Do I need to check off any of the Additional

Individual Saliva Tests? I'm assuming no.

4. Can I do this saliva testing during fasting?

5. I'm having some kind of ..congestion/mucus/infection thing going on

somewhere way down in my throat. (I'm not " sick " , it's another

issue).. Can I still collect the saliva as long as there isn't any

mucus or nasty green stuff in it? I don't feel like waiting weeks

until it goes away.
