Guest guest
Sara, I believe I saw this somewhere in the files too but it must be a typo. You can take B5 at up to 1500 mg a day for adrenals, but NOT B6! I would not recommend over 100 mg daily total from all sources including B complex and daily multis. Higher doses can cause peripheral neuropathy and your fingers will start to feel numb and tingling with possible tremors. Some people reach this point at only 100 mg (me), others, not till 150 or 200. But certainly at 300 you're asking for problems. I have researched tyrosine and found it is a precursor to adrenaline. It made me kind of speedy so I stopped it. You do want a good B complex vitamin though, and CoQ10 is more a financial thing. More is better, but higher doses get really expensive.
