My latest saliva test:

8am 7 [13-24] LOW

12pm 5 [5-10] LOW-NORMAL

4pm 3 [3-8] LOW-NORMAL

11pm 8 [1-4] HIGH

DHEA NORMAL (supplementing)

I've been taking a lot of Seriphos & Relora at night for insomnia. My

question is-- how can I tell if night cortisol is too high or too low?

The symptoms seem so similar. Thanks.
