Guest guest
Sorry to jump in, but I also have night sweats. I usually get up and eat a piece of cheese or something and it helps calm me. I always thought it was related to sugar, but now that I think about it, my hormones were WAY out of wack when I did the saliva test in October. Many levels showed me to be past menopause and im only 23. > > Thank you for answer. She has ovaries and is past menopause. Guest guest
Same here, laid there at 6AM sweating and was too tired to get up to eat. Had to get up in an hour anyway. No ovaries or meno here > > I don't really get night sweats perse, but I often get hot flashes in the middle of the night. And usually it is because I need to eat. > Re: What caused Night Sweats? > > > Sorry to jump in, but I also have night sweats.
