Sleep disturbances, adrenals and hypoglycemia

I am wondering if anyone has any advice on how to deal with the

hypoglycemia aspect of adrenal fatigue. Where I think this effects me

most critically is at night. I usually can fall asleep at about 11

pm, but at about 2:30 to 3:30 in the morning I almost always wake up

and then have a very choppy night of sleep after that. I consistently

have pain between and below the shoulder blades. I am a 28 year old male.

I take:

10 mg of Cortef (5 at 9am and 5 at about 1 pm)

Rhodiola

Other adrenal herbs and supplements

At night:

A combination formula herbal sleep aid

10 mg of Ambien

A bit of topical progesterone (about 10 mg).

Thanks,

Rob
