Cortisol Dump/ Thyroid Dump?

I've heard these terms used a lot lately, and am trying to decifer the

difference in symptoms if someone can explain them to me? Also, how

they both occur?

Thyroid Dump- symptoms? when/how occurs?

Cortisol Dump- symptoms? when/how occurs?

I never realized you can't be on a high dose of meds before starting

another, or you could this this effect, until the other day! Ahh, I

feel like I will never learn EVERYTHING- there's just so much.

WE need one book, that completely sums up everything and anything about

thyroid/adrenal problems.
