Hi. I took oral prometrium for a few months 5 or so years ago, also

for PMS I didn't seem to help me much. I also took progestrone cream

on and off for the last several years, although I haven't taken it

now for at least 6 months. Now my progesterone levels are

permananetly high and I can't seem to get them normalized. I also

have adrenal fatigue. So be cautious.
