Mine tend to fluctuate a few fractions of a degree if it is warm weather. If temps go above 98.6 average, in warm weather, should one reduce Armour intake? Thanks! Guest guest
Can anyone give me advice? I know temperature is very important to determine if you may be hypothyroid or suffering from adrenal fatigue. I have a weird situation. I was diagnosed with autoimmune problems five years ago. One of my major symptoms is that I run an elevated temp everyday and had done so for the past five years. This morning I woke up and my temp was 98.7. It was 99.6 by five o'clock in the evening. Some days I go over 100F. How can I figure out if I am suffering from adrenal fatigue with non-normal temps? Should I go on the other symptoms which I have been having which are more psychological? I feel like I'm losing my mind and becoming bipolar here. I am undergoing a TT next Wednesday for a multi-nodule goiter. Thanks, Tonya
