Guest guest
What ever way workd for you is the right way. Most domnt; seem to do well on 3 doses a day WHNE THE ARE GETTING ENOUGH CORTISOL. As the day time doses will cause the night time to go too low. I would try 15 -10 - 5 but that is just me. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Val, That sounds good. I guess I had this silly notion that by taking 15 at once in the morning I'd further suppress my already sad state of suppression. I guess since I'm all set up with med alert, this shouldn't be a concern right now, but rather, to have myself dosed best to tolerate the thyroid that Blanchard is going to prescribe Tuesday. I think I'll do your suggestion at least for a few months. Is it usually possible to start reducing cortef after thyroid is optimized and if so, how long before one can start doing this?
