Guest guest
Yes, it depends on what is causing your sleep issues and your individual body. Adding a night dose did not help me at all...made it worse. However, increasing my morning has helped me overall. My sleep issues I think are more hypoglycemic related and all the advice so far hasn't helped, so I am in the same boat there. I keep experimenting with new things. Cheri -----Original Message----- Val I tried to follow the advice about raising cortisone levels in the day time so one would sleep through the night. I increased the isocort I was taking from two pills a day to four, two each in the morning and evening. The results were I slept even poorer than I usually do, though I did have less trouble falling back to sleep in the middle of the night, but.. Today I am so extremely depressed! So, this advice isn't for everyone. I wish I could fall right back to sleep around four when I wake up. It usually takes me three of four hours to fall back. I fall back just in time for the neighbors to start making noise and their dogs to start barking so getting enough sleep is a problem and I have had to up the amount of surmontil I take to cope. Saw 7Am 4pellets, 11am 3 pellets, 2PM 2 pellets THAT might help you sleep IF it is enough, but I sincerely dounbt 4 poellets of Isocort is going to FIX anyone's adrenal proiblems, often een 8 does nto. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

It stayed high so I could not sleep and the next day I could not stop gritting my teeth and being depressed and extremely agitated all day.<< Then you are simply not taking ENOUGH in the daytime. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
