Guest guest
Hi, this is just MHO and theory, so please don't take this as medical fact. Vaccinations for the deadly diseases such a polio, Russian and German measles and the like do have a small risk factor, esp. to someone with an immune problem. However the development of the disease that you may get other wise is by far worse. As for allergy shots and flue shots, I'm not for them. The one and only time I had pnomina is three weeks after I had the shot. According to some article I have read, and can't find to share, theses persons on autoimmune suppressant should not have these shots. As with ALL things, this is a personal choice and should be discussed in great detail with your doctors. I know in the horse world, there are main animals that have had sever allergic reactions to vaccines. Which leads me to wonder if the vaccine is safe or if the vaccine was PROPERLY handled prior to administering the shot. My horses still get their shots. So do my kids. I have been ordered to not receive any shots this year, do to the extreme amount of meds and autoimmune suppressants I am on. Again, please note this is only my opinion and I can not back it up with medical data. R.
