OK I assume she is post menopausal? I would say she shoudl start by

trying Licorice Root. It is unlikely to be ENOUGH for herm but worth a

trial foirst before resorting ot stronger meds. As her T4 is jst about

where it needs ot be and just T3 is low she may just need the adrenal

help but should get some blood labs after abotu a monht of using

Licorice root to se if in the blood her levels of thyroid infdicate a

thyoroid or stil adrenal probalme.
