Guest guest Posted March 11, 2011 Report Share Posted March 11, 2011 The red skin potatoes are less starchy than the other ones so are allowed on some candida diets. I was taught that if I HAVE to elect to eat potatoes, then the red skinned new ones are the best for you. I don't know why but I have pretty much kept with that.
