Yes, I did homeopathic remedies, and arnica was one of the things

given to me. My homeopath says it is never too late to take

homeopathic remedies, also that a homeopath will monitor you and tell

you what to take and for how long. We've long since moved on from

arnica and to other remedies for deep tissue healing, etc. I talk to

the homeopath every few weeks, and I have to go in to see her so that

she can physically see how I am doing. It is not expensive - $30 for

a half hour consultation includes the remedies for about 2 weeks or

more.

Manual lymph drainage should not hurt. It is a light massage intended

to stimulate the lymph networks so that swelling will drain

naturally. My MLD therapist said it is never too late to start MLD

therapy. You want to find someone who is properly trained in the MLD

technique though - Vodder school trained therapists are supposed to

be the best. My cranial therapist can do lymph drainage, but is not

experienced enough in the techniques she thought would help, and

referred me on to the best person she knew in our area.

Check out my info website and click on MLD therapy to learn more

about it, and to find a therapist in your area
