Leah,

I forgot to tell you that has a one on one aide too. Actually he has

two one on one aides, just in case one needs to take a break or eat lunch, or

is sick. I won't have the substitute issues I have had in the past.

Hi Guys,

A good quick breakfast in my house is a Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Bar. There's a

lot of sugar, but there's a lot of vitamins/good stuff in them too. We like

the apple cinnamon, and the cherry!

(I am waaaaaaayyyyyy behind in my digests but thinking of you all)

Thanks to everyone who sent me their suggestions on how to relieve Chronic

Back Pain.

I started going to a physiotherapist (yesterday) - sports medicine clinic,

and if this doesn't help after a few weeks will travel down the list of

suggestions (even the acupuncture...as terrified as I am about this)..

I found it amazing at how wide spread this problem is with people & very

much appreciate the huge response.

>My daughter was told by her doctor that when she is standing, working or

>whatever, she should lift her leg about 6 inches

I do this too as much as I can..it really does help :)

>Good one. I heard a guy on the radio the other day, he lives to have

>salespeople call him.

I'm not sure if its available all over north America or not, but on my

phone, I can type in a number (not sure what it is off hand.. *82 or *72 or

something) and it blocks all numbers who are listed as private, this makes

the users dial a special number to access MY phone, and it shows what number

they're calling from on my call display. This feature also blocks out cell

phones (one too many prank calls, so I block all cells).

I got rid of my cell, and my pager, but wont let go of my caller id *L*

Yep, I've got this feature too... but at least here, in Vermont, we don't

have the options that you have. Calls from businesses with multi-line phones

still come through as " unavailable " , as do about 50% of cell phones. I still

use it, even with the limitations, it's MUCH better than nothing!

Check those specialty electronics catalogs like Damark...they sell a

call-screener that is a joy! It plugs into your phone like an answering

machine, but callers are prompted to enter a three or four digit (depending

on the model) code that you program into the screener. Without entering the

correct code, they are disconnected...voila! No more telemarketers!

Andre, you have to go to your groups list and find where to change your

e-mail address. The moderators of the groups cannot control where the mail

goes. That is determined by the address you used when you signed up with

E-Groups.

it was the lowest ever measured in the world, about

50% lower than the value of most Americans. "

Dawn, I just spoke with someone at the Appleton High School about their

new, healthier lunch program. He's going to send me information and a video

explaining it. I think that this information should be passed on to ALL

school districts. If we all just send the story that you've passed on to

all of our local schools, it might encourage some investigation. Deb
