>i do often feel hungry when waking up during the night or when having trouble

falling asleep. no fast pulse at that time. my brain feels wide awake and i

often have some muscle tension (which can increase from the stress of not being

able to sleep).

>as a side note, i am taking magnesium, and i've tried a lot of the usual sleep

supplements-melatonin, kava, 5htp, theanine.
