Significantly above YOUR normal resting pulse >Raised temperature - how much? above 99F or too high for the time of day for you tends to indicate a change. It all depends on whether you have dosed the T3 high enough to clear hypo systems while waiting, in which case you will get some of those hyper symptoms. If you've dosed T3 on the cautious side and are still Hypo on it then the only thing you may see is stopping being hypo! It can also cause an adrenal crash and REDUCED temperatures! Mine happened at night, some people in the day. It's a change on how you are from day to day that generally lets itself be known Nick
Guest guest
Nick, I think I have dosed my T3 on the high side because most of my bad hypo symptoms (aching muscles and sore feet arches) are gone. I notice that I have been getting in a sweat lately, which is most unusual for me. I am nearly up to 125 µg and have been doing this since the beginning of november. I still feel breathless though. So I should expect to feel hyper?
