I just did my monthly blood draw. In November, in Cleveland my CPK was

523 and my Aldolase was 9.3 - For me these aren't bad numbers.

I just looked at my December numbers - CPK 460 and Aldolase 7.3 (which

is in the normal range)!!!!!

I take 100mg of Doxy every day

60mg of Armour Thyroid

7000mg of Fish Oil

Prometrium

Vivelle Dot

Now my shoulders and back aren't going to get better but that has

nothing to do with my MCTD

Carole,

I am so excited to learn that you are the creator of Rainbow Bridge. I am a

huge animal lover and have used your site to memorialize my pets who have left

this earth. It is truly comforting to recognize their precious lives and to

visualize them young and happy. I have R.A., Lupus, and/or Lyme, so I visit the

Rheumatic site from time to time. The antibiotic protocol has helped me as

well.

Hi group:

this one is for Carole who's post I must have missed but caught yours in

response .

We, too, have had the Rainbow Bridge memorialized. We have it presently

framed and hung in our guest bedroom. I've sent for copies and given them to

friends who have lost their dogs as well.

It says what we all " want " and " believe " and that is that someday we will

reunite with our beloved animals and be together again, that the less

fortunate animals who fall into the wrong hands, are healthy and happy and get

their second chance, if not on earth, than after.

Just beautiful Carole! Thank you. It's wonderful to know the creator is on

this list.
