Guest guest
Thanks for the info.....I have never heard that popcorn is destructive...any corroboration? It is interesting to hear things like this......I agree about sprouts, totaly, but would like to learn more about popcorn, as I am a fan! Thanks -- Norman Hi all, Norman advocated raw juices and veggies, especially carrot juice. He was before Ann Wigmore and didn't know about sprouts. However, he has some books out, and I think some of his ideas to be good. For instance he says popcorn is destructive to the colon and I believe it. He gets a little extreme sometimes but if you read and take what you want from the books it's good. I don't think any food on earth beats sprouts. They have 80 to 100% more enzymes than regular raw foods and practically digest themselves. Hope this helps:) All the best, Chirper -- If you keep a green bough in your heart the singing bird will come. http://homepage.mac.com/chirper

Guest guest
Well here's an idea for getting busy and away from one's PC or dinner table: " First, you're going to need a virgin. And, you're gonna need some daggers. Then, it must be a full moon. And midnight. Did I mention you need to be in a forest/wooded area on the western border of an unharvested wheat field? " rheumatic UNSUBSCRIBE UNSUBSCRIBE ME FROM GROUP
