What meds are you on and how long for when those labs were taken? How do you feel? I have a lot of digestive problems and fatigue. My ft-4 was low last time, but my ft-3 was high, Val thinks my iron might still be low even though my ferritin is ok, so I will have to have my iron levels tested again. I have had RT3 in the past and was on all t3. Was on all t-4 after that (doc wanted it) and then Westhroid - with those rt3/t3 results. - I have a lot of digestive problems and fatigue. > > >Rt3: 29 11-32 ng/dL > > > >Free T3 505 230-420 pg/dL > > 505/29 = 17.4 > > This should be over 20 so you are edging into RT3 problems > > It depends how it goes and what you are on, if that RT3 gets any > higher then you will be suffering problems from it. > > What meds are you on and how long for when those labs were taken? > > How do you feel? > > Nick > > -- > > for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to > > www.thyroid-rt3.com >
Guest guest
Snip impressive list! >I have a lot of digestive problems and fatigue. Sounds like the RT3 might be starting to cause issues then Are you getting stable average temperatures on that dose of HC? > >My ft-4 was low last time, but my ft-3 was high, Val thinks my iron might still be low even though my ferritin is ok, so I will have to have my iron levels tested again. OK, I see no mention of vitamin D there, that needs to be at least 50 and a lot of people are deficient. From symptoms it looks like you are not utilising the T3 that you are getting in the Natural, do you have FT4/TSH labs >I have had RT3 in the past and was on all t3. Was on all t-4 after that (doc wanted it) and then Westhroid - with those rt3/t3 results. How do you feel now and on the T4 compared with how you felt on all T3?? Your Dr doesn't have to live in your body, you do! Gut feeling says that something is going on causing you to have problems utilising it, that may be RT3 or something else. Have you had electrolytes tested lately? Nick
