Guest guest
Hi Rose and welcome to the group. My advice is to find yourself an Infectious Disease doctor. Have yourself tested for bacteria, viruses and fungus. Then they are allowed to prescribe any antibiotics you need and will discuss them freely with you. It took me almost 3 years to find this out! Good luck to you. What is your diagnosis thus far. I have been a member of your group for about five minutes! My current Dr. does not believe in the protocol so I am going to have to search out a dr. who will listen to me. My current meds are no longer working and it is time for a change for the better. I am so grateful that I found this group. Thanks, Rose
Guest guest
Dolores & Mike, Thanks for responding. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2001. Since June of 2008, I have been in an extremely painful flair. This was a first for me (flair with no end) and it has taken me by surprise. I switched from Humira to Remicade and things seemed to get so much worse. However, if I suggest to my Dr. that possibly the Remicade is the problem I'm sure she will say the opposite. I am hopeful with the support of this group I'll stand up for myself and move on. I will most certainly look into your suggestion of an infections disease Dr. Best regards, Rose rheumatic Georiga Doctors rheumatic Date: Sunday, February 15, 2009, 1:16 PM Hello everyone. Guest guest
Hi Rose, I was on Humira for a little while and I got so much worse on it that my doctor stopped it. I then tried Enbrel but was allergic to it. love rheumatic Georiga Doctors rheumatic Date: Sunday, February 15, 2009, 1:16 PM Hello everyone. Guest guest
Ethel, First, I want to thank everyone on this group for the welcoming, and informative responses I have gotten since finding you folks (last night!) I appreciate this group so much! As for the GA doctor list, I received info posted below, however, I don't see a link for the list.
