Tha tis because higher thyroi d uses a bit more cortisll and your

cortisol is running too low causing adrenaline to be released. That is

what causes some of th4 shalking unless oy uare too high with thyroid.

I think this is also were I am at. I was doing great with Isocort. 6-5-4-2-2. I

know, a lot. I didn't want to go ask my doc. for HC. BUt latley I feel as though

I didn't have quite enough, especially in the morning.

How does the rest of this cycle work? So do you add a little cortisol to

compensate for it being used up?
