I am new to the group (have been on TPA for about 2 years). Things are looking

like I'm rt3, though it's not yet confirmed. I just can't tolerate anything with

T4 in it apparently – I get joint and muscle pains and can't function well. So,

Dr. P has suggested I start T3 only. I just got the message about the 15%

discount and was able to get it applied to my order with the Mexican pharmacy. I

had looked on their site the night before and was interested in ordering from

them.

I'm not sure if my endo will test for rt3. I see him in a little over 2 weeks

but get my blood drawn 4 days prior (in 2 weeks). Shall I call his office and

request an rt3 to be done? He seems " good " to work with though he doesn't know a

lot about thyroid issues. I'm not sure he'll know about these finer points, but

he does seem willing to work with me (and others).

Regards,

Deborah

I is always best to confirm RT3 issues befiore starting T3 as it might

not hep you iunless thta is the problem. If the endo will not order it

you can order your own RT3 testing from www.econolabs.com look for

reverse T3
