I don't know anything about theraputic uses of shark cartilidge - only that

sharks are being killed at a much faster rate than they can reproduce, and

for that reason I don't think I could partake in any shark parts. The

female spiny dogfish, for example, matures at an average age of 24 and

produces just 1 to 20 young with a gestation period of 18 to 24 months.

" Horn sharks are one of the few sharks in our area that lay eggs. Horn

shark eggs are spiral-shaped, so laying them might be the kind of experience
