Guest guest
I was looking at the low iodine diet in the files section and I was wondering what was the expected length of time someone should be on it? It seems very strict. I don't eat a lot of packaged foods but I know I would have a hard time keeping to it. Another question was is the low iodine something we need to consider for life or just while our anitbodies are high? Or is it for someone who still has their thyroid and is trying to regulate it with ATD? I had RAI so I no longer have a thyroid.
