I'm just learning about sourdough. I have learned through nt to avoid aluminum

and non-stick bakeware. What is best to bake bread in? I am planning on buying

a stoneware loaf pan from " Pampered Chef " unless someone tells me this is a bad

idea.

I would say stonewear is the best.

I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.

I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.

I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.

I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.

I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.

I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.

I wish you enough ''Hello's " to get you through the final goodbye.

I know some people love their Pampered Chef stoneware,

but I'm happy enough with the results of my sourdough

baked in a plain glass loaf pan (well buttered). I

take the bread out of the pan right after it comes out

of the oven, though, so it doesn't sweat in the pan.
