Guest guest
187.5 mg of ERFA only : TSH<0.01 FT3 = 4.1 [2.0-4.4] FT4 = 1.32 [0.82-1.77] rT3=253 [90-350] 187.5 mg of ERFA eith 5.5mcg T3: <0.01 5.4 2.02 350 The idea is to replace some if not ALL the T4 you are taking wiht T3. That is how you reduce RT3 and as you can see adding in T3 is not especially useful. In your case it si not helping at all. I would replace the ERFA with 25mcg T3 in divided doses say 12.5mcg Am and 12.5mcg around 12-1PM thne in a week raise adding a bedtime 12.5mcg T3. As the T4 leaves oyur system, hypo symptoms will worsemn indicating time to raise the T3 more. Most people end up on 75-125mcg T3 btu I try ot get no higher than about 75mcg at the 8 weeks point and thne sloly ramp up from there as it seems ot take most 12 weeks to clear the RT3 from the receptors though it DOES clear faster than that form the blood so blood testing becomes redundant at that point. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
