>I wake up, feel ok. I prepare breakfast, this takes 15-20 minutes. And finally,

I eat. For about 5 minutes. 2 eggs, some salad, cucumber, cottage cheese,

cheese, sea salted water.. Then I take my HC and T3, morningdoses of 10 mg HC

and 5 mcg T3. 20-30 minutes later I start feeling BAD.

Thought for the day, use Val's suggestion. Eat a little but of cream,

take the HC and T3 with that, then get breakfast and eat.

I think if you got that HC into you earlier in the morning you would

start feeling better.

The feeling bad by be a sugar related drop, HC helps sugar regulation.

Get the HC and T3 into you before you start getting breakfast and it's

kicked in in time to cope with you eating.

But I didn't really have much carbs for breakfast, did I? Maybe that's the problem.. I need MORE carbs to feel better? Hmmm. But sure, I'll try no carbs tomorrow. If it's possible to find out if what I'm eating has no carbs. There are no carbs in vegetables right? Except carrots, and a lil bit in tomatos too. It's 7 pm and I'm feeling crappy. Wondering why, of course. Just waiting for some kind of fix, so I can start feeling better. Maybe I just need more T3 and that's all. Plus laser surgery on my tonsils.

Try eating JUST protein for breakfast NO CARBS.

all veggies have carbs, just some have more then others. They aren't the bad carbs like in bread, pasta, potatoes, etc...

I wonder if you might have an allergy / adversion to eggs? Try eating beans or some other protein in place of the eggs for a day or two and see if it makes a difference. S
