I think if you got that HC into you earlier in the morning you would start feeling better. The feeling bad by be a sugar related drop, HC helps sugar regulation. But sure, I'll try no carbs tomorrow. If it's possible to find out if what I'm eating has no carbs. There are no carbs in vegetables right? Except carrots, and a lil bit in tomatos too.It's 7 pm and I'm feeling crappy. Wondering why, of course. Just waiting for some kind of fix, so I can start feeling better. Try eating beans or some other protein in place of the eggs for a day or two and see if it makes a difference.
