Guest guest
I keep seeing Aajonous Vonderplantz (sorry for misspelling!) referenced on this list. Who is he, what does he teach, what did he write? ~ Carma ~ To be perpetually talking sense runs out the mind, as perpetually ploughing and taking crops runs out the land. The mind must be manured, and nonsense is very good for the purpose. ~ Boswell Carma's Corner: http://www.users.qwest.net/~carmapaden/

Who is he, what does he teach, what did he write? Aajonus is a licensed nutritionist living in Malibu, California. He provides nutritional guidance and iridology readings. He wrote " We Want To Live " . He supposedly is writing a recipe book. For additional information and detail you may wish to check out 2 other lists: " live-food " (also www.rawpaleodiet.org) and " primaldiet " (also www.primaldiet.com) - the latter group more strictly adhering to Aajonus' concepts, the former being more open to opposing viewpoints. The basic tenet is to eat raw, uncooked foods (animal, vegetable, etc.) for healing and health maintenance. -=mark=-
