Guest guest
Hi , You don't need a username and password to unsubscribe. Send an email to this address: low dose naltrexone-unsubscribe will send you an 'unsubscribe' confirmation email (so someone else can't unsubscribe your email address). You need to reply to that email, and that'll do it. (PS If you don't reply to that email, you won't be unsubscribed.) Kind regards, Cris 9d. Re: Unsubscribe Posted by: " VICTORIA DAVIS " jvictoriadavis@... Date: Thu Feb 26, 2009 3:54 pm ((PST)) I, too would like to unsubscribe and followed the directions but got nowhere. I never had a username or password but started getting lots of e-mails from the group. Please help me get off of the forum. Thanks,

Guest guest
I find it much more convenient to subscribe to the digest than to get individual emails. That way, I can quickly scroll through the whole day's postings in just one email. > > Too much overload on my system....to handle the crush of all your " Flatback Revised " responses...I get at least 100 e-mails a day...and I don't have time to sift thru everything... > > Wish you all the best...with all your healing & recoveries. > > Jim O'Leary >

Guest guest
Jim, It is possible for a member to change any of their functions themselves as their needs require. I have changed you to the daily digest format, but if you want to change it back or try " no email " and reading from the home page, you just go to your own profile and change it. I hope the digest format is more manageable for you. My personal preference is to ONLY read it from the Group page...I don't get any emails...it maintains the boundaries of life better for me. If I really don't have time, I don't visit the group. In my mind if I really don't have the time to thoughtfully reply it is better to leave it for a time when I can focus! It is a challenge in our lives to find the right balance between the gifts of technology without letting it over run our lives, isn't it? Take Care, Cam
Guest guest
thanks cam...for your help... I'm a terrible manager of anything technologically advanced... I think technology should have just stuck with inventing the "tv remote control" and stopped there...lol...
