Thanks for info . I've had Nikken products, magnets etc. Infrared quartz

mat are totally different from Nikken, all good. I just ordered my infrared

mat. I have an infrared sauna at home, so have experienced good benefits. the

mat I'll sleep on so will have much more benefits than sauna couple times a

week. I know we are all searching for pain/joint relief and nice to share

things.

wow, 20 yrs on methotrexate....and now off it!! The body truly can heal itself.
