Farm-raised salmon, however, are high in mercury. Where did you read this? I would love to confirm it! We used to eat salmon from Costco once or twice a week-- " Atlantic farm-raised salmon " -- and consider it part of Elliot's seizure disorder, so I don't want to take chances. Now Costco is getting their salmon from the Northwest, and I have family in the Puget Sound area. This no-fish-since-last-winter-diet is really getting to me...
