I seem to remember someone posting a few weeks back that there were some studies depicting the elimination of a host of micro organisms in raw meat that had been purposly innoculated for this purpose. I was unable to find the post in the archives. Does anyone have any citations or information on this that I could pass on? DMM Thanks.
