temp drops after an hour

I've been tracking temps before and after t3 dosing. Most of the time the temp

goes up a bit or remains the same, up to an hour. But after an hour (when I

check temps again after an hour and ten minutes, the temps are back at where

they started.

For example, today:

7:00 basal 97.0

7:00 10 mg HC

8:00 10 mg HC

8:00 temp 97.4

8:15 17.5 cytomel

9:15 temp 98.0

9:30 temp 97.4

Does it indicate I need higher dose of cytomel or higher dose of HC?

Should I take less cytomel per dose and instead dose more frequently, such as 10

mcg every two hours? or will it be a too small amount to warm me up and give me

the energy boost (my two main symptoms: feeling cold and exhaustion when the

cytomel wears off) or should I take 10 mcg every hour? or will such a small

amount not have much effect?

Val, on his RT3 site nick suggests checking temps prior to and following a t3

dose, and that if temps drop it indicates the amount of t3 is too stressful for

the adrenals.
